1. The rental includes; welcoming and key handling, 24 hours call number, starter pack of food & beverage for night arrivals, mid stay maid service with fresh linens and towels for accommodations of 10 days or more, utilities such as electricity, water, gas, air-conditioning and Wi-Fi (if available).
2. Upon arrival, the charterer receives 100 GBP as damage deposit, and when it is determined that the tenant does not lead to any damage or loss at home in the control at the exit, this amount is returned to the tenant exactly at the exit. If too many people are found during the stay, the tenants will be removed from the house immediately and the payment will not be made.
6. Pets are not accepted.
7. The earliest check-in time is 14.00 on the check-in day and the check-out time is 10.00 on the check-out date. If the previous or next entry or departure times are confirmed in advance and Joy Lettings confirms, entry or departure can be done up to 1 hour earlier or later. The extra 1 day fee is charged from the tenant for early check-in and late check-out outside of it.
8. The tenant is obliged to comply with safety regulations throughout his stay and to protect his / her own safety and health. The host or Joy Lettings is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or other inconveniences that may occur during the stay.
9. Tenants who exhibit activities such as excessive noise, flood, damage to home and environment, disturb other residents are warned maximum 1 time. In the case of continuing discomfort, Joy Lettings has the authority to remove tenants from the house without refunding them.
10. The prepayment, which must be paid by the customer for approval of the rental reservation, can be made by paying the prepayment amount by credit card by filling out the form on the website www.joylettings.com.
11. The amount to be withdrawn from the credit card is the prepayment amount specified in the booking contract (voucher) document agreed by phone and / or email and sent to the customer by email.
12. Following the payment of the prepayment amount, the booking confirmation will be sent to the customer via the internet and the rental reservation will be confirmed.
13. A transaction fee will not be charged from the Client except for the payment of the ticket with credit card during these transactions.
14. During the online transaction registration, the Client accepts and declares the accuracy of the information provided by the Client. If the information reported by the customer is wrong, the responsibility of the victim to be born belongs to the customer.
15. The Customer will enter his credit card information into the system during payment made by credit card through the online payment system tool.
17. Invoice The customer will be given at the end of the holiday season, before the departure. Joy Lettings will not be responsible if the customer does not receive his / her bill at checkout.
18. Advance payment is refunded if the tenant cancels the reservation 60 days or more before the arrival date. A prepayment will not be refunded if the tenant cancels the reservation less than 60 days before the arrival date.
19. Adverse weather conditions, technical problems, strike-lockout, terrorism, military action, flood, fire etc. will be considered as force majeure conditions. If such situations occur, Joy Lettings may stop service altogether or temporarily.
20. The addresses of the Parties which they declare to the present Convention shall be the addresses of their residence and the notices shall be made in this address. Any change in the specified addresses will be immediately notified to the other party. Otherwise, the notice to be made on this contract will be counted as pass.
21. Fethiye Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized when disputes to be settled in accordance with this contract are to be resolved.
